The Rachais was not designed as a simple roof on posts. Its perforated steel walls filter the reading of the parking lot while maintaining sufficient visibility of the shelter.
This is a useful balance on visible sites: the bikes are less exposed at first glance than with a completely open shelter, without creating a closed volume. Perception remains more controlled and parking appears more secure.

The Rachais retains one of the most sought-after advantages of a steel shelter: a structure designed to remain clean over time, without any restrictive maintenance to be scheduled.
Powder coating and 2 mm steel contribute to this logic of durability. You obtain a shelter that is more stable in perception, simpler to operate, and without material monitoring comparable to wooden cladding.

Two heights exist to accommodate DOUBLE TIER RACKS
The Rachais exists instandard versionfor simple projects, andPlus versionwhen the objective is to integrate double-decker racks or to keep more margin on the templates.
This is a simple reading to have from the start: if you stay on single floor, the standard height is enough. If you are looking to increase density on a contained footprint, the Plus version becomes the right reflex.

No wood maintenance required.The technical sheet describes a steel structure and steel cladding. This avoids the need for wood cladding, with maintenance mainly linked to the current use of the site and occasional cleaning if necessary.
The Rachais is relevant when the project must remain open, but with amore architectural presencethan a simple standard shelter. Its openwork walls give more visual appeal to the project, especially on visible facades or contemporary environments.
